Martin Elder has always loved buildings and architecture. He began his real estate career in Fredericton, New Brunswick in 1973 with his first investment property. Throughout his real estate career, he has served his clients with an honest, knowledgeable, and professional approach.

Under the banner of Elder Real Estate Group, Martin Elder has been helping residential, commercial and cottage county clients realize their dreams. His slogan, “Let Your Dreams Take Flight”, is a personal reference to his love of aviation and flying. It is a passion he shares with clients, especially those looking to purchase an exclusively rural or cottage property.
